Driver's Dogleg rust

This is what could be lurking inside your dogleg if the drain holes get plugged and rust takes hold.

Rear light hole needed attention

Tin worm had a nibble and a put in a patch.

Hole in Left rear wheelwell

Gonna be tricky to fix this.

 Cutting out old crappy metal.

 Making new panel.

 Tacking in new metal.

Driver's Seat Bulkhead repair

Where the back of the seat attaches t the tophat was rusty.

Offside Corner

The panel did not fit properly

so I had to cut out a portion of it, then reweld it to the right size.

Parcel Shelf hole fixed & sealed

The panel I have to replace the damaged rotten parcel shelf is to short, so I'm welding on some extra metal.

3rd Parcel Shelf

The Zebra shelf wasn't lined up properly and has too many holes, so I am going to add this to the red and white one and make up one good one.

Again lots of fitting, grinding, adjusting, then the same thing over and over until it fits.
