View from Morrow

Alex trying out the driving position.

Engine Bay

The engine bay size was too narrow for the valance, so I had to cut the corner panel down to narrow the gap.

More work to Cargo Floor

 Holes drilled for plug welds.

Engine Bay Metal and Battery Tray

I had to use a b

olt to draw the inner wheel fender in as it was too far away from the batter tray.

Cargo Door Repairs

This went ahead smoothly.  The left door I cut the repair panel short.  The right door I left it the size Autocraft supplied.  It needed cutting around the hinge but made for a better fit.

The orange door is very solid but dented.

Cargo Door frame

The donor Westy metal is different. So I had to take it apart and fabricate a new piece for the Deluxe.

Passenger Side Cab Floor Replacement

I had to add metal to the dogleg lip as it too was rotten.  The floor panel went in very easily, but I drilled the pedal hole a little too far to the left, so that will have to be rectified.
